Jason A. Fetchik, Esq.

Based on his outstanding performance in his first year of law school, Jason Fetchik received a full-tuition scholarship to the University of La Verne College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2003, finishing second in his class. Intelligent and conscientious, he was employed as a law clerk while attending school and also published an article in the Journal of Juvenile Law. He associated with Driskell & Gordon in December of 2003. His emphasis is on estate planning [Wills and Trusts], and he has lectured on Special Needs Trusts and Medi-Cal Planning for long-term care, as well as teaching Business Law at Citrus College. His concern for his clients and careful attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the firm.
